I've read various things about the references you need for applying to EPIK or GEPIK.

Can anyone clarify what you need regarding references? To my recollection, you need two separate references and they ought to be from an academic source, ie. University Lecturer.

However, I am curious to know if a boss at a part-time job would be a suitable reference?

Apologies if this question has been covered already.
