I don't know about other areas in Korea, but I heard that in Seoul the policy is that you have to have worked at a school for 3 years and be finishing your contract to eligible to transfer. |

It is possible but it's so hard that it's near impossible. |

they HATE when you want to transfer. Everyone from the janitor at your school to the regional supervisor will be pissed off. Try to settle any disputes you have with the school. If it is a problem with location, like too rural or too much pollution in the city, just suck it up or quit.
If it is a problem with co workers, tell us and maybe we can give some good advice. |
