Do you live in Gwangju, Gyeonggi? No, NOT the other Gwangju down in Jeolla-do near the South Coast! I mean the one near Seoul. Do you know anyone who does?
I have a couple of questions.
Mostly, I need to know about transportation. My partner works in the Garak Market area of Seoul. I've been trying to sort how how he's going to get to work every day. I've found several websites with bus information but their information doesn't make sense. One website says it's 90 minutes one-way (too long). Another says it's closer to 30 minutes (seems too good to be true). I'm trying to find a job that's no more than 60 minutes from Garak Market and I have another offer that fits (if only just barely). Overall though, the Gwangju job would be better. I just don't know about transportation.
Any thoughts? |

Largely depends on where in the city you will be.
I used to work on the east end of town (Opo-Eup) and the 1500/1501 bus was a fast way to Bundang (Seohyun) then change to another express to Seoul or grab the subway.
There is no way I can see it being less than an hour though and subject to traffic, 90 minutes would be very realistic.
I don't know about from the other end of town.
