The Basics:

--Bright and spacious rooftop apartment

--1 bedroom (about 8' x 12')

--1 living room (about 12' x 15')

--1 kitchen/dining room (about 12' x 18')

--1 bathroom

--Rooftop apartment--very quiet and private

--patio area you can turn into an urban garden if you so desire

--400,000 krw a month, 5,000,000 krw deposit paid to the landlord . Utilities not included. PLUS 350,000 krw paid to me to have it partially furnished with my things.

--This is the same rent as I have been paying here for 3 years. They could easily charge 500-600,000 krw and 10.000.000 krw deposit. I spent weeks looking for apartments in this area before I found this one, and it had a lower deposit and cheaper rent than EVERYTHING I found. And that was 3 years ago. Plus it is nicer.

--Amazing location! Located midway between Ewha Women's university Subway station (line 2) and Daheung Station (line 6). 8 minute walk to both stations. You are minutes from Hongdae/Sinchon. 12 minutes on the subway to Itaewon. 12 minutes to City Hall/Myeongdong downtown areas. 15 minutes on the bus to Dongnimmun (hiking). You can join the amazing Mapo Arts Center Health Club (45,000 krw monthly) and it is only a 4 minute walk. They also have an Olympic sized swimming pool.

The landlord wants someone quiet (NO PARTIES). The landlords are older and live just below the apartment and are very helpful and non-intrusive. They do some occasional gardening on the patio during the summer.

I am moving back home, and putting this up for rent for my landlord. Need someone who can move in immediately. Priority for those willing to move in earliest. You will make a contract directly with the landlord.
