I got a LG Cooky off a friend but I haven't got it set up yet. I don't have a computer or internet service at my apartment and I am not getting it. I am interested in finding out the most affordable to make regular calls back to the United States. What are my options?

Can you get a Skype Mobile without a computer? I have been using phone cards to make calls from the landline at work as there isn't a phone in my apartment but that is starting to get pretty expensive.

I was trying to find all this out my myself but I think I am more confused that when I started!
