| I would contact them. I know someone who sent theirs in mid-April and got it back about a week ago. |

| You sent your fingerprints in on March 31st? It's not unheard of for it to take 8 weeks or more to get it back. Mine took 6 weeks which is about where you are at now. I would wait another week or two, or if you are really feeling impatient you can try calling them. |

I'd go ahead and call.
Timshel88 said he sent his off on April 25th and received his last week.
Last year, I called to check on mine and they said my fingerprints had been rejected, so I went to my local police station and mailed off a new set a couple of days before I received word in the mail that my fingerprints had been rejected.
In any case, it's worth finding out the status. |

I called a few weeks ago. They said the current wait time was 9 weeks. |

I sent mine in on April 16th and got it back yesterday.
The odd thing is I called about 5 days ago and the man told me to expect it to arrive around mid-June.
Go figure. |

You can always use an Apostille service online to expedite it. They will use the Walk-In service in DC and then mail it back to you. Of course, you'll pay a premium |

If you live anywhere near DC, go in for walk in apostille service.
Otherwise anything can be expedited by your local congressman. Look yours up and on their website they have constituent release forms, call them and explain what you want sped up and they'll have you fill one out. Everyone I know including myself who has called they rep has had things sped up a ton, I had my CBC back in 2 weeks from the send date. |
