Hello all. I hope Tompatz can help me out here.
My wife is collecting her British passport on Monday from the Home Office (following an interview). However, my wife will retain her Korean passport as well. My wife was told by the Korean consulate that she can keep her original Korean passport and ID card but can also voluntarily hand them back.
When we move back to Korea in a year or two, would I still be eligible for F2/F6 visa considering my wife's dual nationality? Or would I have to start again and apply through the points system?
Any advice regarding this would be appreciated.
Regards

I don't know for certain.
I speculate that:
as long as she does not renounce her K-citizenship AND
does not give up her passport and ID card and
DOES enter Korea on her K-passport that her residence will be a non-issue
and you will be entitled to the F6 based on the marriage and Korea won't know or care about her UK passport.
