Try Namsan Library - they have a few shelves of English books. If you are looking for some novels to read, you'll probably be able to find quite a few things to keep you going for a few months.

You might also try the National Library of Korea, near Seocho. But this is reference only - you have to order your books, wait for an hour or so to get them, and then stay in the reading room to read them. They do have lots more books than Namsan, though. Their website seems to be down right now, but the address is here, on the Korean tourist board site:
