IS it the 91 Olympic Table Tennis? Did that happen? One article in the KH said it was really the Chinese. Is this like HAN BAN DO? Something someone wishes would happen?
wiki said its right, but thats wiki. Anyone see the film? |

If you check the sources on the Wiki, it's from the official International Table Tennis Federation website. There's also a video of the match. So yeah, it's a true story.
Haven't seen the movie but I don't really care for most of those, feel-good sports movies. Especially if it has a patriotism element like this one. The last sports movie I enjoyed was the Fighter but that's because it wasn't really just a boxing movie. |

| It's a true story~ It was the last time the two Koreas participated on the same team for an international event, from what I heard... so, it's very moving because they were able to push away the barricades and unite as one, which is something that many Koreans hope will one day happen for good ^.^ |
