I need some advince and whoever would want to answer that would be great. I am in a rush so forgive my terrible english. I am currently in Sogang Univ in Seoul and have been here for like a month and a half. I love it here its quite beautiful and i enjoy the culture. In a few months i am getting a job here and I am thinking i want to start life here in a smaller area for a few reasons. Less foreigners so it will force me to study harder the korean language and less english speakers period. My question really is what is a good place not in seoul to work in. My freind told me Ulsan is a great area but i am just curious where else. To the people who live outside seould do you enjoy it? Also in these smaller area is there things to do to have fun such as pc bang and bars and maybe dance clubs?> thanx

It depends on what you like, but pc bangs and bars are everywhere in Korea. If you just want to get away from foreigners- any city under 100,000 people should suit your purposes nicely. If clean air is what you're after, Ulsan might not be the spot.

You find PC bangs, bars and dance clubs fun, and you wanna get out of Seoul?

Try Onyang. The nightlife rocks. Especially Monday to Wednesday nights.

Why not live in a suburb of Seoul? Quieter and less stressful than Seoul, more parks, better air, and easy access to the drinking/dining options in Seoul during the weekends.
