I was wondering if you could cash out all or part of your pension while still working in Korea. I was thinking of taking it out to put in a bank acct with a bit more interest. Thanks for any help.

No. Simply put to get your money you have to either retire or leave the country. Maybe, you can enroll in another pension plan.
