| Just thought I would let those who live in the same area that I do, Gaepo Dong, Kangnam, that there several FREE international phones scattered around Daechi Apartment and Daechong Apartment. They are the ones will the billboards attached and say something like ADFREE WORLD PHONE. They are 100% free and you dial out just like you would on any other phone. The only catch is each call only lasts three minutes, but no problems just redial and continue. There is no overall time limit so you can chat to your friends as long as you want, whenever you want for FREE. |

No joke,
If you live in the neighborhood take a walk around and look for the phones with large electronic billboards attached. There are two located in the grounds of Daechi apartments and one in the front of Daechong apartment. Entirely free the only catch is every three minutes you have to redial, which is no problem really it only takes a second. |
