I'm leaving Korea and, unfortunately, I cannot take my cool apartment with me. As it turns out, this apartment is not in a school's name. I'm the actual renter. Here are the particulars of the place:

1. It's near (less than 200 meters away from) Gunam Station.

2. Montly rent plus maintenance fees are 470,000 won.

3. The key money/deposit totaled 1,500,000 won. Remember: you get the key money back at the end of the rental contract.

4. Floor plan is small entryway with cabinet for shoes, largish "one room" living area, small kitchen with one-burner electric stove and a really cool Hauzen washing machine. Of course, there is a bathroom in the apartment also.

5. The apartment is furnished with:
  1. wardrobe/cabinet
  2. small flat-screen television
  3. free Internet and satellite television service through Skylife.
  4. television stand
  5. bed
  6. refrigerator
  7. air conditioner

The place is available immediately. Please call "Amy" at 010-9932-6645 or send her e-mail at [email protected] to arrange to see the apartment. If you like the place, all you have to do is take over the contract and pay the key money/deposit.

Seriously, this is a very cool apartment in a very nice neighborhood. The building is new, new, new. The rental contract expires in February 2013 but if you take it over, you and the realtor will make a contract for the time period you both agree to.

Oh, if you're more comfortable sendig a PM, send it to me and I will forward the information to my friend, "Amy."
