Hi folks,

A few months back, I don't know how long ago to be exact, a woman posted on here how she and her husband adopted a Korean child. She is a waygook and he is a local.

Someone I know is looking into it here in Daegu but is only getting "You can't do that in Korea if one of you is not from here." Something tells me the old school thinking does not know the new rules of Korean adoption down here in the Gu.

Anyhow, if anyone knows of that thread or the poster's name, I would truly be grateful if you can pass either and or on to me. I have tried the search engine with no luck and I have also traced back pages among pages to try and find it, but also with no luck. OR if you have any info I can pass on, that would be fantastic!

Your little effort here could be the beginning of something new and special for a little unwanted sprog out there. I tried, but as I said, had no luck. Appreciate the help.
DK

Good luck!
