Hello,
I was wondering if anyone knows what the tax would be on a 3 million summer camp. Is it just the typical 3.3% or is it different because it is only a one month job?
Thanks for any help..

Non resident (no ARC) you pay 27%.
If you have an ARC then 3.3% and depending on your year end tax return you may or may not get any of it back (progressive taxes).

I had a question about this. In one summer camp contract I was offered, they stated that the tax rate would be 4.4% of the summer camp salary. But the other contract offered states that income tax would be deducted "according to Korean tax law". I would have a C4 visa. Does the "Korean tax law" mean 27%? That's nuts. |
