Is it just as simple as going to the local police office with my ARC and passport?

How long does it normally take and is there a charge?

Also what should I ask for in Korean? Cheers for your help.

Gu police office not the small local stations.

They usually have someone who speaks enough English to help (at least during the day when there is someone there who can do them).

The last few times I had one done there was no cost.
