| Does anybody know of some place to get some shorts and shirts made with high quality screen prints that wont wash off after a couple washes at wholesale prices? And if they would be able to exported them to the states or not (if not, I could just go to the Korean post office and mail them myself)? |

Place to have them made = sorry, no.
Export to the states (either yourself or drop shipped), provided there are no copywrite or "place of origin" issues, is a non issue now under the FTA.
*if the shirts or material are produced in N.Korea (Gaeseong) you cannot export them to the States and if they come from China they are not covered under the FTA. Be sure of the origin of your textiles and make sure they are labeled appropriately.
