Particularly in Busan and Seoul, where do you congregate on the weekend and during week nights?
Also, what about these areas? (if anyone lives there currently and happens to be reading?)

There are probably a couple of reasons people have not replied to this post, or your other one. The answer should come to you if you think about it, unless you are phishing. |

On weekdays and weekends people from those areas congregate in those areas and in nearby areas depending on whether they want to go to those areas or nearby areas and whether it is a weeknight or weekend. |
