My friend wants to be able to watch all the events, not just ping pong and is wondering what tv channels will be showing the major events, and if not if there's a good streaming site for it.

illegal streaming of the olympics is virtually impossible to find as the sites like atdhe wont usually carry them for fear of being shut down like when the nfl went after all those sites before the super bowl

best bet for online stuff is getting a vpn or proxy for a country and use their online stuff. i hear nbc's site will carry everything live including stuff they will show in us prime time though it will be off the global feed.

as for channels like star sports, they wont carry it as rights are usually sold one country at a time
