Hi, just got a job teaching public school in Busan (don't know where the school is yet), but since the wife (a Korean national) and I (American) are expecting our first child, we're looking for a bigger apartment than the studio the city will provide.
I'm slightly familiar with the basic process for finding an apartment, but I'm wondering if anyone can recommend a good agent in Busan or good areas to live in (I have visited Busan on several occasions, but never stayed longer than a week).
The school isn't providing any key money, and the monthly housing allowance is 400,000.
