|
|
I don't think either of us is totally vegetarian, but I've decided I'd like to take a friend to a vegetarian restaurant in Seoul.
I know there are often many vegetarian options at 순두부 houses, but I'm looking more for something fresh, creative, and not too pretentious.
Any recommendations are welcomed! |

Loving Hut is an international vegan chain~ you can get vegan versions of lots of Korean and Western foods (depending on where you go)~ Here is the page for the ones in Seoul ^.^

There are also tofu restaurants that serve tons of different kinds of tofu dishes in a family-style set-up~ So fun (especially if you love tofu~). I went to one in a different town and it had three kinds of tofu soups (and biji, which is really interesting and unique~) soft tofu, rainbow tofu, and more~~ |

Well 'Seven Springs' is good! It's not vegan/vegetarian, but they are american-style buffet. |
