So my friend is applying in Seoul and she only needs one, but I am applying to Busan and my recruiter said that Busan ministry of education or dept whatever wants their own copy.

I asked her if I notarized a copy and got that one apostilled also if it would be ok. The recruiter was like I think that would work, I will double check rules are crazy and change.

Has anyone had experience with this? I just got my CBC, but only got one bc I was originally going to apply to Seoul. I don't really want to wait for another one and I am going to send my documents out for the Apostille tomorrow so I am just not sure what to do.
