The Italian thing certainly won't show up, and I would guess the vehicle registration thing won't be an issue. That said, it depends on how severely the arresting jurisdiction views driving an unregistered vehicle and, if they view it severely, whether it is something that they forward on to the FBI (some jurisdictions don't even forward basic drug offenses).

The FBI is a domestic organization. They do not have access or share arrest records with EU nations. It won't show up at all. Also, the FBI's database retrieves data based on fingerprints. Chances are, even domestic things that you were not fingerprinted and booked for will not show up. |

Thank you! I was just concerned about the Italy thing. I wasn't sure if the FBI check would include something like that. The non-registration might show up as it is on Wisconsin's circuit court site. Even if it does show up i assume it would be a non-issue. |

Generally speaking, these days anything showing up is going to be an issue, as they have enough applicants that they can toss out anyone with a record. That said, we're you arrested and/or fingerprinted? If not, you're probably fine. If you were, you still might be okay, as they typically don't report every minor infraction to the FBI. Anecdotally, my buddy got arrested for drag racing and his record came back clean as it wasn't reported to the FBI, if that's any solace. |
