It's been a few years since I've done it and don't remember. There are 2 small buttons below the batteries .... A/M and 123. Instructions?

You can try keep pressing buttons until it works OR you could trying giving the locks name and model numbers. Wow details again.

Have you tried the Internet and google. I found English instructions for mine on a Korean website. Not the best translation and a little confusing. But got my pin changed to 8 digits.

A little more effort and critical thinking, this can easily be done.

Can you post a photo of the button panel, and the instructions (if there are any)?

If I were you, I'd just ask the landlord to show me how to do it. That would be the easiest solution. He doesn't need to see what new code you put in. He just needs to set it to accept a new code, you input the new code, and then it's done. Or if you see a neighbor in the corridor, ask him/her to show you. You can probably even mine it.
