I'm wondering if some bilingual person could help me (and maybe others with the same issue)
I picked up Diablo III at the local HomePlus and found out only recently that it's a language locked Korean edition. Blizzard US has been horrible with Customer Service on this issue, telling multiple people bad advice like "Try to return it to the store" (when no store takes opened software back) or "Contact Blizzard Korea" (when they had been telling people to go back to the US.)
Now because of the server issues, Blizzard Korea is offering refunds, but the page is in Korean, and Google Translate only serves me word salad in response.
Could anyone nice succinctly explain how to go about getting the refund and what form it will come in? I hope that once I get it, I can simply buy the US edition and put this mess behind me.
