i had mine done about 2 months ago. it is great.

you still have to do a lot of online research as there is a bit of a learning curve with ripping games and what not.

hardest thing i had was getting kinect to work, but it was because i couldn't see the forest for the trees. word to the wise: if u flash your console to a higher dashboard version, make sure u later update to the official via usb to get kinect working.

if u have an older phat, you'll need to get an adapter cable for the kinect to work with it. american adapters r fine with the plug adapter.

u can also install updates and xbla games easily.
