Hi-

G-Market says my recent order was delivered, but it wasn't. I sent G-Market e-mail three times. They just respond to the effect of "It was delivered. Contact us again if you have any questions."

This isn't getting anywhere. Does anyone have a phone number for them? I don't see one on the site. Thanks if anyone knows where their phone number is.

There is a reason why you can't find the number on the G-Market site. You're looking in English.

Now, GMarket doesn't have English speaking operators to deal with foreigners. Thats the reason you can't find anything on the English part of the site. Smart huh?

You have to have your korean "friend" phone on your behalf.

Please tell us the product and seller so others don't make the same mistake of ordering from them. Just copy and paste the URL of the product description please.

The delivery person gave it to the shop next to us (even though our door was propped open and everyone was in?), who sat on it for 48 hours before passing it on. (?)

Usually when they leave it at a business, you're supposed to go and pick it up. They should have texted the phone number that's listed on the package.

You never contact Gmarket directly. You contact the seller or the delivery person. 99% of the packages you receive will have tracking, which almost always includes a phone number.
There is like one delivery company that doesn't supply tracking info to gmarket, you'll see it when you try to track the package.
