I saw a nice new place in Hongdae this evening selling good pizza by the slice. The name is Monster Pizza. It's across from NB2, around the corner from the corner from the road with Tin Pan. They have 3 types: Cheese, Pepperoni and Spice Girls. 3,000 won a slice. I had the pepperoni which was pretty good. The Spice Girls looked really good. The slices are quite big. All in all, a good addition to the food scene in Hongdae.

Public service announcement over...

Spice Girls? What kind of pizza is that? I am guessing spicy, (duh) but still, I've never heard that name for a topping before. Kind of genius really though! I'll have to check it out next time I'm in Hongdae.

I'm curious about this as well. Let's imagine there's a new taco restaurant in Hongdae, and the story goes like this:

I saw a nice new place in Hongdae this evening selling good tacos. The name is Monster Taco. It's across from NB2, around the corner from the corner from the road with Tin Pan. They have 3 types: Regular, Supreme and Bea Arthur. 3,000 won a taco. I had the supreme which was pretty good. The Bea Arthur looked really good. The tacos are quite big. All in all, a good addition to the food scene in Hongdae.

At this point, I can only hope that people would want to have the Bea Arthur taco explained, since there's no point of reference from which to draw some understanding of the matter. Even if one were aware of Bea Arthur's career, what would that tell a person about the taco? Similarly, the Spice Girls pizza is difficult to visualize.

Good point, plus I don't understand the directions. What's a "NB2"? It sounds like a tv station.

Yeah, fair enough. I was tired! It looked like it had some spicy meat and jalapenos on it.

As for the directions, it's really hard to give directions in Hongdae.

Here's a link to the approximate location

Who wouldn't want to eat Bea Arthur's taco?
