Hi,

Some questions about severance. On behalf of my girlfriend.

She started after the general intake with SMOE last year. She started on May last year and her contract finishes this August.

1. Should it be calculated to the round number of months or to the day i.e 15 months or 15 months plus the extra days left over?
2. Is it taxed and at what rate?
3. When is paid by public schools? On last pay day or after that?

Any help would be great, thanks.
