Does anyone know how much the medical check is for visa purposes? My fiance does not have medical insurance so will have to pay cash. |

I think it depends on the hospital, but mine have always been ~70,000. |

Ok, thanks. Was that just for a basic check up? I am not sure how extensive the check up has to be for the K-1 visa. Has anyone had this done? |

Get the "approved" hospital list from the US embassy.
Ask the hospital directly.
They ARE expensive (300-400k won or so if I recall correctly).

There are only 3 hospitals approved to do the medical check-up and it costs 170,000 won.
Saint Mary's Hospital, Seoul
Yonsei Severance Hospital, Seoul
Haeundae Paik Hospital, Busan
