I'm at the top level in my POE. If I switch POEs will I remain top level? Will my out of province(?) experience be recognized?
Moving from GyeongNam to GyeongBuk. |

| You can't be a level 1+. You have to be a level 1 for two years in the same province to get that. But to get level 1 pay, you have to be a have a TESOL and some teaching experience. No, TESOL, you go down further. An online TESOL will suffice. |
