I upgraded to the S3 so I am selling my old S1. It is 2 years old and is in pretty good shape. A little wear and tear but nothing major. Comes with cables and batteries etc. I kept in a silicone case all the time I had it.
I can root it and install a lagfix to make it run much faster or leave it as it is.
It hasn't been unlocked, because I never had any reason to do it but I don't think it is difficult. It can probably be done in any SKT store.
