Anyone ever found Brazil nuts in seoul? I went to the foreign food mart in Itaewon--not there.

If you buy the mixed nuts container from Costco, there will be some in there.

Did you know brazil nuts are the most radioactive food on the planet? They even beat bananas which is saying something. Still harmless enough.

I knew that. It's because Brazil nut trees have unusually extensive root systems so they absorb a very high amount of radium from the soil.

There are Brazil nuts at the Shinsegae department store; I have bought them both at the Myeong Dong branch and the Gang-Nam branch.

Does the foreign goods store in Itaewon have anything that you cannot just as easily find elsewhere?

Find a Brazilian restaurant - I'm sure if you're cute enough the waiters will give you some Brazilian nuts.

In the main supermarket section there's a very large wall with all kinds of nuts. The Brazil nuts were rather expensive: 22,000W for a bag containing around two or three cups worth. Hope that helps!
