I have a phone interview (although I am in Korea) with a GEPIK recruiter on Thursday. I had a GEPIK position 3 years ago and for the interview the recruiter spoke to me (I was in Canada) for literally 2-3 minutes, said that he was satisfied that I was "a native English speaker and not crazy".
Needles to say this time ain't going to be so easy.
I'm told the interview will last 20-30 minutes.
What questions will they ask?
What are my chances? How many people are they interviewing for each position these days?

If you have been to Korea before you should know that the interview doesn't mean anything. They are just looking for a warm body to fill a position. They want to get this done as quickly as possible so they can go home, change, and then go out drinking that night.
If you passed they I'm-not-a-rapist-test then you are on to the first-to-get-their-documents-in-wins phase.
As for competition. only about 1,000 laid-off public school teachers in country who don't require a plane ticket. |
