Two week old Nikon D70 camera for 400,000won (O.N.O.)
Photos can be seen here - http://dok.do/jV3gKe
I purchased this camera only 2 weeks ago to take photos of my vacation to China, Australia and Japan (10 day vacation).
I took roughly 500 photos and now that I am back in Seoul and not planning any vacations for the next couple of years, I wish to sell the camera.
It comes with 18~50mm lens, 2 X 4GB memory cards, Nikon camera bag and charger for the battery.
The design of this Nikon 6.1 MP camera has been optimized for a wide dynamic range and the DX Format CCD 6.1 MP sensor delivers photos with high resolution and sharp details.
The Nikon D70s is ready to shoot 0.2 seconds after turning on and in addition photos are recorded and processed quickly, appearing on the 2-inch LCD monitor of this digital SLR camera almost instantly.
This black Nikon 6.1 MP camera features several Vari-Programs that automatically set white balance, sharpening, tone (contrast), color, saturation, and hue settings to best match the subject.
The automatic modes of the Nikon D70s include Auto, Portrait, Landscape, Close Up, Sports, Night Landscape, and Night Portrait, to suit every need from the beginner to the experienced photographer. The EN-EL3a rechargeable Li-ion battery improves the energy capacity of this digital SLR camera, allowing the user to shoot numerous photos.

You bought a Nikon D70s new? How much did you pay for it? I'm only asking as its been out of circulation for years! |

Doesn't matter how much I paid for it.
I purchased it new 2~3 weeks ago from Technomart.
I then paid additional money for the Nikon camera bag and 2 X 4GB memory cards and memory card reader.
It's all available for 400,000 (O.N.O.) |

That's quite a markup on a used 10 year old 6.1 megapixel camera. You can get a better deal, I'm betting 250000-300000, anywhere in Namdaemun. The 18-55mm lens goes for like 25-30,000. You can get a used D80 kit for 300-400000. You have had it for two weeks, how many actuations did it have before you bought it? |

I told you I bought it BRAND NEW 2~3 weeks ago.
Why should it have any actuations when its brand new.
The are selling on EBay for 400,000won.
Other people are trying to sell used Nikon D60's on CraigsList for 500,000won.
If you don't want it - then why criticize my posting??
Obviously you need a vacation. |

Brand new ones sell for 1000USD. Used ones, like yours, go for 100-250USD on Ebay.
I am criticizing your post so that no one gets ripped off by you. As I was once ripped off here by not knowing enough on the product. |

As I said - I bought mine 2~3 weeks ago BRAND NEW -
so I don't think I am ripping anyone off.
Please go take a vacation and get over your problems. |

Please don't try to rip people off. They can get a used D70 for 200 bucks on Korea Auction. Your claiming you bought a brand new one for around 400,000, there must be some underlying story. |

Do you know what O.N.O. means?
It means or nearest offer.
anybody can offer me 300,000 or whatever - and I just might accept it.
as I said - I bought it BRAND NEW for more than 400,000won 2~3 weeks ago - used it for 2 weeks - took 500 photos (actuations) and don't have any plans to use it during the next couple of years - hence why I put it up for sale.
accept it - I can do whatever I want! (You can't stop me) |

Ok,
I'll offer 150 for the body only. You can sell the bag, lens, and memory to someone else. |

Now you sound like the type of person who is ripping people off.
It's a package - take all or leave it.
People beware of AwesomeA - first he criticizes your posts to scare anybody of buying - then he tries to rip you off by offering an incredible small amount of money.
O.N.O. means "or nearest offer"
so you have to wait AwesomeA - I am in no hurry to sell it.
So if someone else offers me an amount closer to what I asked for - they get it.
p.s. - here is not the only site I advertised it on...
during the weekend whilst people have more free time and read the advertisements I have scattered across different websites - someone will offer a more decent price- and they shall receive it.
btw - I don't think you are Awesome at all. |

BS. I looked at numerous postings to get the price on the D70, as I want to add to my collection.

You say you bought it Brand New for over 400,000, which doesn't seem logical to me as I know the prices these cameras go for. Another user was interested in the history of the camera, and you wouldn't answer his question. I am always shopping for a new/used camera. It seems that there is something missing from your story. Have you checked the actuations to make sure it didn't have 10,000 before you bought it?
I offered you a descent price for a used 10 year old D70 body. How am I trying to rip you off by offering around what I have seen them for? |

That might be a decent price for a used 10 year old D70 body..
however -
as I said..
(1) I am selling it as a package not a body
(2) I bought mine brand new 2~3 weeks ago - so why should I sell it as a 10-year old?? |

We'll I'm telling that I haven't seen a new D70 body for anywhere near 400,000. A refurbished one sells for 600, a new one for 1000. I am trying to figure out how you got a new one for 400ish. |

A refurbished one sells for 600,
a new one for 1000. |
mine is neither refurbished NOR new - it's 2~3 weeks old.
You want me to put the price up to 800,000 so it's inbetween the price of a refurbished one and a new one?? |
