I resigned from my job a couple of weeks ago. The school is not telling immigration that I'm no longer working with them until the 17th of this month because they still owe me my last month of work pay which I will get on the 15th.
I have a trip to the Philippines planed from the 12th to the 19th. Will I have trouble coming back into the country that Sunday if the school tells immigration on the Friday before? |

At worst, you will be given a tourist visa. Personally, I would have them cancel now, that way you can get 3 months if you are from the US.
If you are planning on getting another school then you would want to transfer your visa. |

| Well, I am looking for a job right now and if I dont get one soon I'm going to try to get a D10 visa. |
