i wonder does anyone know if the private teachers pension fund has an option (for a person who has contributed less than 20 years) to choose a monthly pension payment rather than a lump sum payout. the national pension plan allows this (after ten years of contributions, it is possible to collect a percentage of full monthly payment based on the number of years which one has contributed)... i have been told this is not possible under the private plan...just checking...thanks.
