I'm really hankering for some Tacos de Lengua. Anyone ever buy tongue from a butcher? Was it expensive? Is it even easy to get? |

Tongue is sold in the butchers' shops .
If you have ever eaten 소모리국밥 ( somori guk bab ) , than you have
eaten tongue in Korea.
It is very tender and doesn't at all smell strange .
I'm sure you'll be able to find it .
Do share the recipe , too . |

WICKED! Thank you so much!
This is the recipe I'm going for:

Then I'm going to use the left over stock to make beef and lentil soup later. |
