The details:

A studio apartment located just 5 minutes from Hongdae station. It is mid-sized and clean in a fairly new villa complex. It is also quiet, which is surprising considering it is in the Hongdae area. It comes furnished with a refrigerator, a washing machine, desk, dresser, and internet is included. I can also sell you a table and an office chair separately. On a side note, the key money/deposit of 5 million might seem high, but that is the lowest key money amount you will find in Hongdae. Don't even bother to find anything lower as most places will ask for 10 million or more. If you want to pay less rent, the landlord will allow you to pay 10 million key money in exchange for monthly rent of 600,000 won. Very reasonable price for the business area and close proximity to subway, restaurants and department store.

Location: Hongdae Subway Station - 8 min walk
Sinchon Subway Station 10 min walk
Neighborhood: Quiet and Clean

Monthly Rent: 650,000 won
Key deposit money: 5,000,000 won

Conditions are the following:
- Internet and water are included in monthly rent
- Electric stove
- Queen-sized bed
- Clean bathroom
- Washing machine
- Air conditioner
- Refrigerator
- Office Chair
- Desk
- Stand alone closet
- Parking lot

I'm not sure what a pyeong is. A measurement. All I can say is that it is a mid-sized apartment. Plenty big for a single person.
