I was wondering if anyone knew anything about the Phillip School in Gangnam? It seems like a nice school, but the hours seem a bit long to me (9:30-6) with some breaks in-between and the salary they're offering is around 2m won. I've heard that the average working day for a teacher in Korea is 6 hrs. but I don't know how accurate that is, so I was hoping someone could let me know a little about the school's reputation and whether or not those hours and pay seem about right.

That's the dreaded split shift. I'd avoid it, unless you really really want to live/work in Gangnam, which is a pretty nice area. But a LOT of scools will have you work similar hours or an even longer spread, for a while I worked 10:30-9 with a big break in the middle and I'm not doing that again...
