Hi how do I get through to a representative on the KEB banking line?

I used to live in Korea, cant speak Korean and live in Mexico now, but I urgently need to contact them. Its only 6am in Seoul so they might be closed but if you know please help

The phone number on the back of the KEB Global check card is 82-2-524-8100. Hope that helps.
