Has anyone been through it? I'd like to know if there is any paperwork that is in both Korean and English. I'm American, she's Korean. We married here. I heard that if there's no contest, it would only be about 600K to have it done.

Googled it and all, but got no concrete info on how to start exactly. Thanks.

Even without kids, they now force you to wait at least a month before they'll finalize it. These day's, they're encouraging counselling, etc instead of divorce.

I'd love to work in the Korean divorce office. I can't even imagine all the crazy shit that flies through that door.

And, I will never marry another Korean again! Not after she divorced me and left me so that she could have a husband who made more money and have children who were pure Korean. And then, she "doesn't remember" me helping her.

Korea would hardly be the only place with bizarre and tragic reasons for divorce. You would come across that in all countries.
