I leased my own place in a Villa about two months ago. Just got told that the building owner sold it to someone.
So, I'm wondering do I have to sign a new contract with the new owner? Do I have the option of not signing again and moving? If I did move, would the realtor fee I paid be reimbursed? Just wondering, because the original owner didn't have much debt, but I don't know anything about the new owner. |
