Hi!
In the past year I have gotten all of my Chinese visas at Xanadu in Itaewon. However I called them yesterday and there was a weird message about them being closed so I checked out their website and found this:
Dear Clients,
Xanadu office will be closed from the 1st of August, 2012. Therefore there will be no walk-in service as well as visa service
.
However, xanada will continue provide a flight ticket price information through website www.xanadu.co.kr or e-mail [email protected]
We are sorry for your inconvenience and we hope we can reopen Itaewon office as soon as possible.
Thank you for all your support so far and we all appriciate your understanding.
Xanadu staff.
Soooo, I need a new Visa guy Any suggestions, email addresses, phone numbers, websites, anything at all and I would be happy.
tl;dr My visa guy is no more, I need a new one! Please help |

Any Hana Tour or Lotte Tour can get the Chinese visa. They will also charge much less than the English-friendly tour agencies.
I once paid Xanadu 110,000won for my single-entry 30 day visa. I just got one from Lotte Tour for 55,000won!!!! Same visa. 4 day turnaround time.
The only thing they asked for extra was a "Record of Sojurn" from K-Immigration which showed my E-2 visa expiry date. The Chinese Embassy apparently doesn't like when K-immigration writes extended sojurn dates or address changes on the back of our ARCs in felt marker. |
