I am looking for Mandarin a classes in Seoul that teaches it in English/Mandarin and not Korean, or a Mandarin teacher in Seoul.
Bonus points if you someone who is Chinese/Taiwanese and not a Korean. |

Try looking on Craigslist. There's a person advertising on there just now as a native Chinese speaker. Also, try on Facebook. There's a group called Chinese in Korea. I've also found a Chinese teacher before through some student friends studying at a uni in Seoul (Ewha). It's not all that difficult finding actual Chinese teachers at public schools or international schools that might be willing to tutor you.... |

There are ethnic Koreans from China who would probably accept 10,000 won for private Chinese lessons. They are clustered around the neighborhoods near Daerim and Namguro subway stations. |
