Bought my car under 12 months ago (it's a '99 model). Bough it direct from the dealer, he dealt with the registration of the vehicle. When I insured it he faxed something off to the insurer.

I never got a vehicle registration certificate.

How do I go about getting one?

You can get a copy at the Gu office if you're in Seoul. If outside Seoul you have to find the registration office in your city.
