We just purchased this great dual recliner couch from someone who moved out of country the other day and learned that we cannot get it up our super narrow staircase.
It is like new, stain free, and super comfy. It comes from a non-smoking, no pet environment. This couch sells for about 1mil new in Korea. We'd like to let it go for W225K to a nice home that can use it but need to get it out of our lobby this week and if we cannot sell it then we'll call the used furniture store who will sell it for double our asking price.
