Hi,

I've now been in Korea for a month and finally got my ARC. I've opened a bank account but I need to get a Korean phone.

My iPhone 4 is on O2 from the UK but I want to get it unlocked so I can get a Korean sim and contract. Can anyone recommend any places where I can get this done in either Bucheon, Incheon or Seoul?

I've tried to do this myself but have been unable to do this.

There is an Apple Service/Repair place in Bupyeong Station next to the food court. Floor B1. They maybe able to point you in the right direction. (Not sure about English Level)
However, as a fellow Brit I know from experience changing any UK phone can be a right nightmare and maybe more hassle than its worth.

Bupyeong station is a nightmare, I always get lost in there. Think I know where you mean though.

Is it difficult to get an iPhone or smartphone in Korea? I really like my iPhone and don't really want to get a new phone.
