Hot damn. I just had a nice meal of kimchi and grits. Talk about fusion food!

I sometimes add kimchi to my natto, soft egg, and rice, when I want to spice it up.

I add cheese, black pepper, and marmite to my porridge, but I could see kimchi (fried kimchi at least) being tasty with grits, though not as an everyday thing.
