I have an Iphone with a badly damaged screen. I live very near Seoul. Does anyone know of a place that can replace the screen for a decent price.

TUVA in Cheongdam, Sinchon, or Gangbyeon
should be up for the job.

There are Daewoo Electronics repair centers under official outsourcing contract with Apple Korea, but DE's reputation with regard to Apple products is somewhat less than favorable. (service for DE's own products is a different issue)
